Your rights

Art. 15

Right of access

You have the right to know what data we process about you, for what purpose, for how long and to whom we disclose it. On request we will provide you with a copy of the data being processed.

Right to rectification

If your data is out of date or incorrect, you have the right to request its correction. We will correct the data within 72 hours of receiving the request.

Right to erasure (right to be forgotten)

In certain circumstances you have the right to request the permanent deletion of all your data from our systems. This right is subject to limitations arising from applicable law.

Right to restriction of processing

You may request that we suspend processing of your data (while retaining it) pending consideration of an objection or rectification request.

You have the right to receive your data in a structured, commonly used format (CSV, JSON) and transfer it to another controller.

How to make a request

Submit your request
Message us via WhatsApp or email stating the type of request and your identifying details (name, surname, account email).

Identity verification
We will confirm your identity by verifying your account email address (to protect your data from unauthorised access).

Fulfilment
We fulfil requests within 30 days. In justified cases the deadline may be extended by 60 days (with notification).

Confirmation
After fulfilling the request we send confirmation to your email address with information about the actions taken.

Facebook and Messenger data

Palyri integrates with Meta (Facebook, Messenger, Instagram) to manage your clinic's leads, messages, and ad campaigns. Below you'll find information about the data we receive from Meta and how to delete it.

What data we receive from Meta

  • Lead form data (name, email, phone, form question responses)
  • Messenger messages (conversation content with patients)
  • Ad campaign data (statistics, impressions, clicks)
  • Facebook Page ID and access token

How to delete Facebook data

To delete all data Palyri has received from your Facebook account:

  1. 1.Email rk@coldabry.com with subject "Facebook data deletion"
  2. 2.Include your Palyri account email and Facebook Page name
  3. 3.We will delete all Meta-sourced data within 30 days and confirm by email

You can also remove Palyri's access directly in Facebook settings: Settings → Apps and Websites → Palyri → Remove.
